Northland Park 1

Project Summary

Northland Park 1 is a 425,000 square foot warehouse facility that is occupied by several tenants. In the Fall of 2023, Major Painting was contracted to repair all failing exterior sealants, retexture damaged areas of original coating and repaint the exterior of the building as it was experiencing severe color fading. Over 2,000 linear feet of sealants were replaced and 500 gallons of paint were applied.
