Project Summary

200,000 sf Spec Build, 135’ Underground. This project consisted of blowing down the limestone and shale structure ensuring that there was no errant dust or debris covering the surfaces. Rough terrain aerial equipment and high CFM compressors were used to complete this process. Nearly 10,000 gallons of commercial white paint consumed to paint ceilings, pillars, walls and building exterior. Major Painting also installed Hilit Fireproofing sealants, door and frame finishes, safety coatings and resinous flooring in bathrooms. This is a unique and challenging environment that requires a lot of nuance when applying material. Major Painting process has evolved with the addition of each underground structure to meet client performance and quality standards.
