2440 Midpoint

Project Summary

2440 Midpoint is a 330,000 square foot industrial warehouse located in Edwardsville, Kansas and is occupied by a single tenant. Major Painting was contracted in the Summer of 2023 to repaint the complete exterior and remove and replace all failing sealants associated with the exterior of the building. The sealants included the wall to slab joint at the base of the dock elevation, window perimeters and vertical expansion joints. This project was unique in the sense that the building owner requested Major Painting to remove all downspouts, inspect sealants behind them and replace as needed, which is an uncommon, but thorough process. The project was completed over a 2 month span.
